Looks like there's a shopping mall or something wrapped around it. Nice looking building, very futuristic, bet the shoppers will love it when the Pompey Millwall tie kicks out at ten to five!

it seems that there is a walkway going around the side to where the sea end is. i notice there isn't a barrier to stop people falling off either :o
