Very excited to see these!
-
Can't wait until I'm in a wifi environment so I can watch these bad boys
-
As enjoyable as I thought, just find myself smiling going "oh yes..." after each goal.
Thanks as ever to Alty TV for giving up your time to bring these to us.
The sending off was a lot clearer than I though as well.
The rest of the game is a joy to watch.
Onwards to Saturday...bet it's given Gloucester a bit to think about!
-
even before the whistle you can visibly see how up for it alty players were and how unarsed some of the boston players were, a great sign!
watmore's goal reminded me of mcmanaman at his best coming inside with pace on the ball from the touchline and linking up to create anarchy, an absolute golden gem of a player.
fair play to reeves for taking his goal even though he could have got a pen and the keeper penalised for his lunge.
A-ALTY ;D great highlights
-
Its more AWESOME 2nd time round. Thanks for the highlights.bring on Gloucester.Come on you ROBINS
-
The complete performance. Oh and not wishing to labour the point but just to remind everyone, the red card incident also saw Nicky Clee booked and a free-kick to Boston. Magnificent interpretation of the rules. Uber lamentable.
-
Thanks again to AltyTV - these are awesome highlights - a team confident in their abilities and together as a unit - hats of to Lee and the back room staff and the players - plus the pitch was perfect after all this bad weather - now lets do it again and again through to winning the play-offs
-
I'm not sure what was more pleasing....
Every player every time they got the ball looked highly comfortable
The one two between Richman and Watmore I've watched about 8 times
The lads backing each other when it kicked off (mention by Jimmy) shows teams spirit, and team spirit will carry us along way... If the lads show that commitment for each other week in week out then it could be an interesting few months
Oh and Scott Leather with the confidence to overlap then trying a cheeky 25 yard shot!
Think this could be our most watched video....
-
never have i seen so much skill leaving players for dead,
boston had no answer apart from there usual red card display
, the best highlights so far ,glad i went that game
-
Damien obviously stayed on his feet for the first because he knew we'd miss the pen. Otherwise a joy to watch.
-
Absolutely tremendous. The link-up play in the final third is a just a joy to watch.
And I did enjoy their No.2 asking the ref 'what's that for?' when he's shown the red card. Have a guess, son!
-
thanks very much great highlights again some me superb football played watmores goal the pick of an excellent bunch
-
Looking forward to getting home to watch them.
Was a pleasure to be at ML on Tuesday fully expect the highlights to be ace as always
-
Can't watch highlights on the stupid work computers. Can't wait to see them tonight!
-
Many thanks for these. Absolute quality. And Scott Leather's goal is even better than it looked on the night !
-

The video shows the ref was spot on. Clear red card for raising hands. The first foul was by Brooke hence a free kick to Boston. The yellow for Nicky was maybe harsh but there's no denying he got involved in the pushing and shoving, it could be argued that Brooke could also have had a booking. Thought the ref had a very good game.
Excellent highlights, thanks to the magnificent Alty TV.
-
SUPERB!

Absolutely correct Hugo

The more I watch the goals by Leather the better it gets, He picks the ball up deep, we play 8/9 paces including going acros our box then inject some pace and he's found himself in front of goal....
-
As good as I expected. Cheers
Quality piece of upending by Brooke in the melee.
Those boys took one hell of a beating.
If we play to 80% of that quality on Saturday I'll be happy.
-
I was gutted i could not be there i was sat on a train back from london with my season ticket in my pocket :( i missed the 8 nil one as well :( anyway thanks to alty tv whilst i was not there i get tto enjoy this excellent work
The lads looked on fire some brilliant team goals
-
Can't wait until Saturday now. If we play like this I could watch us every day.
-
As an erudite English writer once said:
"When a man is tired of watching Alty trounce Boston United, he is tired of life."
Marvellous stuff.
Thought that Leather was outstanding on the night and Doughty looked twice as quick as the last time that I saw him!
Watmore is simply a joy to watch.
A delightful team performance.
In fact, the only blemish on this otherwise excellent Alty TV footage is the appearance of Phil Taylor during the closing minute.....!
-
I also spotted phil keeping a close eye on proceedings :)
-
It's great watching the highlights. Cracking team performance.
What was the number 2's problem? He seemed to gain a massive chip on his shoulder when Brooke came on and actually got the better of him a few times. Mustn't have had a jump for a while

I bet he was looking out for one of those cheap pies, the likkle tinker ;) :D

Ermmm...nah leave it!
-
If reeves had gone down for number 1, could have been another keeper sent off
-
Superb football and superb highlights keep up the good work
-
Lee S was right about it being r best performance this season (goals apart).could easily have been a red each with that mini melay! Love those great crosses Buzz puts into the box. With plenty of r players forward in the middle they could provide a few goals in r remaining games.
-
we will have no talk like that ;)
-
Thanks to Alty TV. Great viewing, and as I said all those goals are quality. I still liked Damiens 2nd goal what a blinder of a take, but every one of them had class written all over it.
-
Is there any truth in the scandalous rumour I am about to start that the Harrogate manager has viewed the highlights and described damian reeves as an utter cheat for staying on his feet when it was clearly his duty to dive, get the keeper sent off in the interests of consistency....
just sat smiling at the liquid football.....sh*t!! did you see that????
-
A couple of interesting points from the game hit me last night..
It's amazing how just one player stepping up can change the whole dynamic of the team. Scott Leather has improved in confidence so much recently that Buzz is now able to maraud up the left wing and become an integral part of our forward play. Our left side used to be a weakness, it isn't anymore.
A few weeks ago we were arguing over whether Richman or Whatmore should be playing, now they link up so well it seems impossible to not play them both. Richman has developed into an indispensable part of the team and his finishing is fantastic.
Surely a lot of this is due to the management!!
-
All we need now is Brian Flynn doing a post match analysis (he gets paid enough for Radio robins :D ) with special guests such as Kenny and DJ Wayno and we'd have our own Match of the day program...

it shows what we all knew, the players are good enough they just needed to be played correctly and in the right system ie Leather filling in for doughty, and after a season and a half sinnot has done it! well done lee

Red es second of his two goals was a cracker. A great performance.
Duncan watmore will be a great player the team was working together
They saw weaknesses in Boston's midfield and defence and punished them.
Let's hope this will continue on Saturday.
UP THE ALTYS.!!!!
-
A great team performance. Was especially impressed by the freekick sent wide and then returned back into the box. how many times will we get away with that?
Didn't think Boston were that bad, their keeper should have kept a couple of the goals out.
