Playing the England right back in centre midfield. If we are all honest, we should have taken two points from the bottom two at home in consecutive games. We keep saying how poor the defence is,but what have we got in midfield? Totally lacking a steady head on Saturday and tonight.Get Shaun at right back, his position and use whatever we have to get someone in the middle, totally over run, tonight and on Saturday by poor,Infact very poor outfits. At £13 a pop we are watching a side out muscled and out hearted by nobodies.

Where would you play Kieran then?
-
In midfield

In midfield
Yep! From what I've heard his distribution is very good.

I personally wouldnt have Densmore in the team, and certainly not captaib
-
I personally would release Densmore and bring in 2 decent players on his wage!

So Mr Toppers, as you appear to be so knowledgable...what exactly ARE we paying Shaun Densmore?
I'm not even going to dignify the suggestion that we release him with any sort of comment

whatever they are he didn't earn them last night.
12 yard pass from a freekick straight to the opposition.
Densmore should start focusing more on his own game rather than shouting at others, not captain material in my humble opinion.

I think it might help Shaun Densmore if he had a defined position on the field - he has of late appeared to me to be running about like a headless chicken (sorry if that's not a popular view but it is how it has looked to me for a while now). The mischevious part of me says that the worst thing that ever happened to him was getting capped, as it gave him an inflated idea of his own ability(!). As to the captaincy, my own feeling is that our best available choice for this departed to Staffordshire of his own volition a couple of months ago - I'm not convinced that Densmore is a viable option. What he may be being paid is not for us to know and is therefore irrelevant.

1 in every 4 games Densmore turns up in midfield.
The other three, like Tuesday night for example, I'd much rather have him at right back.
Personally I think he's a good captain, though. He'd be a lot better of a captain playing at right back as well.
EDIT: Having said that, I can't see Densmore ever doing something like Robbie Lawton away at Eastbourne last season.

Dens got his call up for England having played at right back for Alty. Has he even been considered since moving to midfield?
Lets use his strengths.
