Some clubs who enter the competition do so with a genuine ambition to win it or at least progress as far as they can, and played pre-season would provide them with a fair opportunity to prepare for it

The bottom line is that we are a member of the Cheshire FA and as such are expected to be represented in the competition, no matter how inconvenient it might be
