For those of us who are unable to be in Newcastle on Sunday....
« on: October 25, 2008, 02:56:32 PM »

Does anyone know if there will be any radio coverage of the FA Cup tie?

Will Flynny be submitting any reports to Radio Manchester?

Will anyone on the Forum be receiving and posting updates from Newcastle?

I hate the prospect of not being able to attend this game but my wife has generously decided to share the flu virus that has been afflicting her for weeks and we are now living in an officially registered plague house....

And after Carlos Logan spending all last season hammering crosses onto your front door he's nowhere to be seen!  ::)

Ballers,

My wife was once happily pottering around our front garden one Saturday afternoon when all of a sudden she found herself choking on a fish bone that had lodged in her throat.

With incredible fortune, at that very moment Joe O'Neill attempted a shot on goal at the Golf Road End and the ball sailed out of the ground, whereupon it opportunely struck my wife in her abdomen and effectively served to perform a Heimlich Manoeuvre on her, thereby successfully dislodging the offending obstruction.

All things considered, a lovely gesture by Joe....
