You won't need a ticket mate, the place holds 10,000. There will be no more than 400 there, if that.

Hi Alty Fans ... herewith some info regarding tickets and ground facilities for Sunday (great forum by the way !)

Car/Coach Parking - The car park is free of charge on Sunday and has more than enough capacity for the anticipated crowd attendance.

Tickets prices are Adult £7 and concession £4 and will be on sale at the ticket office and also in the Italian restaurant (for those eating prior to the game).
The ticket office is attached to the Hiding Place public bar in the East Stand - i.e. the old clubhouse building as opposed to the new cantilever stands.
The Italian restaurant is called Due Dieci is situated on the first floor of the West Stand which is the larger of the new cantilever stands and access is via the revolving door in the centre of the stand.  The first floor can be reached either via the lift or the stairs.

To summarise, the facilities available at the Kingston Park Stadium include ;-

The Hiding Place public bar which will be open from 12 noon (crisps/snacks available) - in the old clubhouse east stand

Due Dieci Italian Restaurant is also open from 12 noon and offers a traditional English style carvery on a Sunday at a very reasonable £6.99/£4.99 per head.  Pizzas and childrens food are also available.

Hot Food and drinks are also available from a burger van inside the stadium

Have a great day out !

Anybody got any idea how I can get there from Durham. Seems a good opportunity to be an alty fan in exile!

Easy enough I reckon, Train to Newcastle Central then Metro to the ground.

I like Durham, like a mini York with less tourists. I worked on the construction of the shopping centre extension next to the River Weir, long time ago, 83ish? Great days.
