Will the pressure on other clubs help us or hinder us?

I'm not that convinced that too many conference players are that bothered about their clubs financial state. Our players seem to be an exception, for Little to show such knowledge and concern over our finances shows what kind of player he is, exactly what we need!

I think most conf players just think the next club with money will come along to help bank role them through thier career. They dont move around clubs for success, they move for money. Anyone who thinks that Dino Maamria will turn up at Southport and fight for the cause just cos they have a full-time budget to think of is clearly deluded. As for Cambridge, the last thing their morale needs is someone telling them they'll kill the club if they dont perform.

If you ask me it'll help us, less pressure and a few good results under the belt, we'll be safe with games to spare!

Colin I believe is Alty through and through, I am sure he was offered better terms elsewhere but turned them down.

Thanks Colin that run against Cambridge was awesome!!

4 in 3 games now. Top scorer and missing a third of the season!

Got to say, I never lost faith in Colin - form is temporary, class is permanent

I think his message that for other clubs relegation will mean disaster is a nice bit of psychology. A bit more pressure on others in the relegation battle! Nice touch to remind them all of the repurcussions of relegation, and have them feeling more under pressure - even more so, as they must be looking at Alty's form with envy.
Brilliant timing for us to put such a good run together  :)
