I received an e-mail today from M.U.S.T. that stated that the supporters of Ilkeston are trying to reform the club as a supporters' co-operative, however to do this they need the support of the local council. there is an on-line petition to show support, i've signed and thought id post here to see if anyone else wanted to back them...no matter what we think of the people who run football clubs into the ground we must remember that the fans have no control over the actions that lead to them no longer having a club to support and we as fellow fans (who could VERY easily have been in the same boat a number of years ago) should show our solidarity and back the new club and hope that this time the sins of the past are learned from....

anyways the link is below for anyone who wants it.... http://www.petitiononline.com/29oct10/petition.html
