My worry is that he's not effective because he doesn't know where to be himself.  At the moment we are one down in that position because he's not in the game.  Yes, I've seen his passion but when he shouting the odds at others, he's not moving himself-fact-I've seen him do it over and over again.  I've got to say I reckon Little would better lead and also direct Robbie on his positioning. Robbie could do alot in the right position as other here have already said.
