just called us Altrincham Town???

I'm convinced this error has made its way into some sort of briefing pack that the BBC reporters look up when preparing a report. It happens too oftento be a coincidence. Maybe the director general of the BBC who I believe is an Altrincham fan and reads this forum could do something aobut it.

It's not just us either, I heard someone refer to North Ferriby Utd as North Ferriby Town in the pre-match 'blah blah' at Warrington on Friday...

Still deflated after the performance, or lack of on Sunday. Credit to Blyth though, they played very well and we didn't. I hope they can go in the competition...

The BBC seem to think Altrincham is in Scotland!

The photo appears to be the top of George Avenue!

George AVENUE ??????

You've been exiled too long my lad !

It's not dissimilar mind you, but it looks uncannily like Dunfermline to me.

Using a Manchester Estate agents in Dunfermline?

Bruce St doesn't have a bridge over it.
