From Alty - 957
From Brackley - 98
What do you think?
-
Alty: 1,301
Brackley: 74
Neutrals: 185
Total crowd: 1,560
-
The crowd will be 1750, and talking of numbers, the statement that's been put on the Halifax website gives me grave concerns as to wether Guiseley should be elligble to take part in these playoffs, its no where near the minimum figures for conference premier entry.......
"Following information received from Guiseley Secretary Adrian Towers, the ground capacity at Nethermoor has been restricted to 2,500 on Police advice."
-
It's do hard to call.
Anywhere from 1400 to 1800 for me but it will sound like 3000

According to a Brackley fan on the Conference North Forum, he expects there to be much less than 50 going so I doubt there will be any segregation. Let's make sure any that do come though are completely drowned out. It should be a wall of Alty noise tonight.

If there is any justice in the world, we will smash this lot and book our place in the final a week on Sunday.
Less than 50 to a match of this importance is a complete piss take.
-
Less than 50?!?!?! Ridiculous!
-
On the negative side
Night games reduce the attendanace by about 20%. Brackley have no supporters. There is champions league football on ITV. It is likely to be freezing cold.
On the plus side
This is the most important game of the season (so far). Confidence is high.
Therefore my guess is 1,310

1087 ;)

Hope its more than that
-
Apparebtly they have cancelled their supporters coach due to lack of interest. A minibus and a couple of cars will be brought. They'll have nobody on the train as they haven't been invented in Brackley yet. I reckon we'll get 1700-1800ish.
-
1902 loads of floaters , i think we are getting interest back in the town. really wish it was me making it 1903 (very poetic)
-
Sorry, but I think 1200 tops.
Hope I'm wrong
-
Attendance was 1618 with 43 and 2 dogs from Brackley
-
That's impressive and higher than I expected. well done all concerned for getting Alty to this position and getting the publicity.
-

Glad I got it wrong :)
Well done You Mighty Robins
-
The atmospher was amazing second half class
-
Would have been 1619 but I was in bed with a temperature watching the text commentary, which was actually quite impressive.
-
And all that money is ours.
Brackley could well be embarrassed on Saturday if there are more away fans than home fans. ;D ;D
-
glad i was there to see the first ever flare in the popular stand
best atmosphere 2nd hald ive lost my voice nearly
-
I counted 39 Brackley fans, including some of the embarrassing away fans ever to grace Moss Lane.
Special mention to red and white hoops bloke with Jimmy Saville chain from Argos, and, Obese man in yellow tops. You've done your hobby club proud.

I may be wrong, but the gate money is split, hence it was all pay. Great support last night.

The reason it was all pay was because it wasn't part of the season ticket. I'd assumed, with it being two legs, that each club would get to keep the receipts from their home leg but the receipts from the final will be split. Anyone know for sure?
-
I stand corrected. The home team keeps all the gate in the semis.
-
The final is split thus, 50% to league and 25% each club. The 50% is dived up to all clubs

Could that be a reason for so few Brackley fans to turn up for
the first leg? Especially if they adopt the Fleetwood mentality of not
going to away games because they don't want to give other clubs their
money

No

Thanks. Can I clarify if the costs of hosting the final are deducted before the cash is split up? Any ideas?
