Hopefully an away win but i go 0 - 0
-
They've kept one home clean sheet all season (Torquay in August), and only failed to score thrice. 3-3.
-
Alty win 3 - 1.
-
3-2 darts we slip ever closer to relegation
-
1-0 up at h.t. That boy Reevesy, he scores when he wants
-
Why has he started is lad he is absolutely rubbish
-
From Twitter
6' Dartford 0-1 Altrincham. Reeves with a delicious left foot finish into the bottom corner from 10 yards after an incisive feed from Clee.
-
2-0 now, Reeves again. Set up by Sinnott
-
Good result and so now mathematically completely safe and could yet finish a bit higher as all the results went for us today.
Telford gone, 2 Kent clubs will go down and Nuneaton's run ended and with Alfreton still getting results, I doubt Nunny will stay up now.
-
I don't think we are mathematically safe as welling have a further game in hand but even so, we are there
-
If only there was a thread to reference such matters.
-
Need one more win I reckon to be sure .
-
think 1 pt needed to make us 100% safe
-
I think you're a bit of a worry worm Harold. The odds of us losing 5 games avid Welling and Nuneaton winning 6 must be well over 10,00 to 1.
-
Darts and Welling leaving us. I do hope the Connie South teams who come up have similarly good pubs and rail connections to South London.
-
Bromley should be alright for you.
-
Looked a fair Alty turnout yesterday. Any idea how many?
-
Think I saw about 40 quoted in the match report or somewhere like that (might have been the Dartford forums). Having been there I'd say that was about right. Very vocal too :).

There is about 45 in Johns picture of the goal on official site with London Alty and a few others out of shot on the right.
There was another 6 stood on the side and another 6 sat down. I reckon about 60.
Good turnout and an enjoyable day, strange ground though. Wonderful social facilities but seemed to be a lot of barriers and gates on the terraces that gave it an odd feel.
-
I have to give credit to Dartford. Really friendly fans (sat chatting to them for a good while in the bar before the match), nice ground with facilities everywhere and just a really nice experience. They even chatted to me on the bus on the way back to the station, even though they were all clearly gutted at the result. A credit to their team.

Yeah agreed, they were a good bunch down there, not a Stone Island coat in sight and all seemed decent people.
Still baffled as to how there was 9 yellow cards in a game where I can't remember a bad tackle.
-
What the heck was the sending off of Cavanagh all about as both me and the guy I was chattng to did not see anything. We'd just assumed another of their players had slipped over on the bad pitch.
-
Will Cavanagh now miss any games?
-
The ref indicated it was for a tug of the shirt but I didn't see anything which warranted a yellow.
Cav will miss several games I'd have thought, as they were his tenth and eleventh yellow cards of the season and his second red.
-
As he received a pass, Cavs first touch was a bit heavy. Dartford player took it off him and Cav grabbed his shirt to prevent him a run towards goal. Ironically, I felt the only bad tackle in the game was cavanagh's yellow which old have been a red
-
Sorry Leon - simultaneous posts
-
Believe Cab will miss 1 game but will remain on 9 yellows
-
I should have thought Cav may miss 3 games - 2 for 10 yellows before March 31st & one for the 'double yellow'.
Incidentally, it should be said that Dartford's ground is easily reached from the station, is fully covered, has plenty of disabled spaces, good walkways, a good club shop, an intriguing sculpture on the 'popular side', no intrusive stewards & a decent bar. It looks a bit odd & the pitch isn't great quality, but someone obviously thought about what he/she was designing ten years or so ago.

I'd be utterly devastated if we ever get relegated with 55 points.
