I love that the people that don't care about it are the ones moaning about it ?? and thats why its staying.

Its a bit of fun. Ignore it if you don't like it, I have no idea what my 'score' is nor do I use it and too be honest do not lose any sleep over it as don't care about it ..... Oh no now I've commented on it when its never crossed my mind before, but now it has .. HEEELLLLP.

Jezza,

Rest assured that I've still not given up on the campaign to persuade Trafford Council to erect a huge statue of Tunna in the vicinity of Moss Lane.

My latest concept is for the statue to comprise the great man standing astride Moss Lane in the style of the Colossus Of Rhodes, as shown below:

As for the Goodwin/Peake debate, I nominate Tunnacliffe to translate as positive points and the dreaded name of Forshaw to represent all that is evil and negative in the world....

How about an elaborate statue of his diving headed goal vs dagenham I think, sheer class, looked like he fell over but headed it in

Well of course the statue would have be huge......................

I nominate a statue depicting his goal at Kettering....with a hundred amazed open mouthed alty fans gawping in disbelief that he'd actually scored as he celebrated in front of us.

I've never witnessed such a stunned silence to an important  goal...yes yes Jeff Johnson's equaliser at spurs, yes yes the winner at birmingham, we all had belief and faith and celebrated the inevitable ball hitting hitting the onion bag immediatly......but when tunna's cool chip rippled the net we sort of just stood there in a state of suspended shock and turned round to our neighbour and asked them "what?....did tunna really just score?"

Back to the subject title...buses V women....a tough one for the perm there!
