We have launched a three match pilot of an e-ticketing solution purchase in advance and pay by card. Also we are offering a discounted three match ticket for the three games in the pilot.

And buy tickets here:

Please let us know what you think.

i still prefer to pay at the turnstile and it saves on waste
-
I think they’re paperless tickets
-
I'll be buying a 3 ticket pass. I think it's great
Be interested to hear whether the club loses out for my convience (i.e is there a set service charge per ticket or a month fee etc.)
Are these costs offset by the time saved counting cash?
-
Good news. Good to see us moving forward
-
Excellent.

Thanks to all for the feedback so far.
Re Harold's point - I know a lot of clubs mandate ticketed entry (Southport, Colchester, ...). We are deliberately not doing that. Those who want to pay on the turnstile will continue to do so. Those who want to pay by card and in advance now have the means to do so.
And Pete is right - You have the option to either print the ticket or to download it to your phone or other device
As for Jacks point - yes there is a small handling fee from Future Ticketing but we have decided not to pass this on to the fans, but instead to absorb it. There is also the card charges but once again we are not passing these on.
All in all, this is about offering our fans more choice, and improving your matchday experience.
Keep feeding back -a pilot is by ts nature a learning exercise. The more we learn, the better the experience becomes.
-
Really pleased about not passing on the e-ticket handling fee. We don't charge extra to cover the cost of turnstile operators so why charge for the e-ticket service? This a great step forward and i'm sure will be very popular.
-
Next up, and I suspect this is more costly to introduce, could be card payments on the gate, tap a bank card and yer in.
Edit. Agree about not passing on card and other fees.
-
Brilliant news. Bought tickets online at both Southport and Kings Lynn this season and it was so easy. Very progressive move by our club.
-
I'm interested in the 3 game tickets and will come in and see you during office hours on Monday as our home printer is not working.
Am also interested in a half season ticket too, but will talk to family first and sort before New Year, as I have finished work for Christmas now.
-
Ah does not include Telford, but from Kiddy game, will sort with you next week, Carys from Chester can print off the E ticket at work for me. Will sort next week with you thanks
-
I can sleep easy now that’s sorted, Steve.
-
How dos it work if you buy eticket then game is called off
-
In the event of postponement, the ticket would remain valid for the rearranged fixture.
However, for the purposes of this pilot we will go further and say that in circumstances where a supporter could not make the rearranged game the ticket would be valid for any home league fixture for the remainder of the season.

Great initiative by the club this.
Society is increasingly cashless & it’s right that the option should be given to buy online. My local side Dulwich Hamlet have had this for 2-3 years now and a large portion of people will buy online and simply have their smartphone scanned on the way in. Can also speed up getting people in and lessen turnstile queues. With this and the Libero bar plus the announcement on the ground plan in the new year it’s clear off the pitch the club is beginning to move forward. Thanks to all concerned.
-
All good. Ultimately everything will be cashless so it makes sense. Contactless card units to cater for those who decide at 2.30 that they will go to football would also be good? Don't forget this also helps the club financially in predicting the gate and so enabling us to provide catering, security and programs to the appropriate level as well as eliminating any turnstile problems.
-
Just to advise that I went to the club today, but they, or I when I got home, could not get the three ticket buying method to work on our laptop. Been told finally to sort it Tuesday at the game.
-
I can help - either tomorrow or now if you have time for a call
-
Thanks to the club, worked fine today and I have now purchased my tickets, great idea.
-
Thanks Steve - good to hear.
There does seem to be an intermittent access problem for some users, I am talking to the software vendors about this and will let you all know once I have a response from them,
If you are having difficulties, please accept my apologies. And do let me know
-
Just bought mine 👍

Hi all,
Just a quick reminder that match tickets for the home games against Southport and Curzon Ashton are still available for purchase at altrinchamfc.co/club/tickets.
Also, if any of you have had problems in buying tickets, specifically with the error message "Cannot process Payment Details", please let me know. This seems to be an intermittent problem from mobile devices.

Used it today and it worked superbly. Suits me down to the ground.
Well done to everyone involved
