Tomorrow could see sub 600, maybe even sub 500 ?

Regardless, we can't expect the players to take this seriously if we don't do ourselves.

Pack together and make some noise.

Fisher in the trophy in the late 80s anyone?

Very vague memories of that. Can't recall the score!

1-1 at Alty, then  a draw after extra-time at Fisher (either 0-0 or 1-1). Fisher won the toss to decide who would be at home in the 3rd game, which finished level after extra-time (If the first replay was 0-0, the second was 1-1, if not it was 1-1 then 0-0) . Back to Moss Lane for a 4th game, which we won 1-0.Bobby Fraser scored the goal & I have 48 minutes in my head as the time, although that may not be correct.

There'll be a few low attendances if a few of these ties go to replays.

Fisher in the trophy in the late 80s anyone?

13.2.88   FISHER ATHLETIC (FAT3)   1-1   Attendance: 809               Goalscorer: Gary Stewart

15.2.88   Fisher Athletic (FAT3r)       0-0   Attendance: 318   (aet)

22.2.88   Fisher Athletic (FAT3/2r)      1-1   Attendance: 728   (aet)     Goalscorer: Ronnie Ellis

25.2.88   FISHER ATHLETIC (FAT3/3r)   1-0   Attendance: 929                Goalscorer: Bobby Fraser

I'll be astonished if we get anywhere near either of those 1988 attendance figures this evening.

Does anyone else recall our four games against Runcorn in the FA Trophy Second Qualifying Round back in 1974?

funny as we played them in the league only a few weeks later and lost 3-2, on a very very wet day

Bognor is actually a lovely little seaside town.
It is still an hour and a half from me and about 50 miles. A lot closer than Alty but you have motorways all the way.

Robert it is a tremendouus dump of a resort, you're either easily pleased or suffering from memory loss. Stony beach, Butlins and a crappy town centre. Arundel nearby is recommended for a drink.

I took the family to Butlins 5 years ago for a long weekend and it felt a very long weekend indeed as Butlins is awful, but the kids liked it.
The only relief for me was a walk to Bognor town which is about a mile away. Many southern seaside resorts have pebble beaches.
After tonight me may not have to worry about Bognor.

Yes I remember. I think 2 of the games were at Moss Lane and one of the replays was on a Saturday. It was 1974/5 season when we went out to Wigan the Saturday after we played Everton.

I have a feeling that the first game was 0-0 at Moss Lane, followed by 2 draws, after extra time, at Canal Street. I think that we won the final game 2-0.I am pretty sure the 2 home games were played on a Saturday......& I think that the 3rd Replay was played on the date of the following round. Having beaten Runcorn, I think we went to Chorley on the Tuesday for the next round, drawing 1-1. We beat Chorley 5-1 in the replay, on the following Monday, before losing 3-1 at Wigan Athletic in the 1st Round, which was the Saturday after we drew at Goodison Park in the FA Cup.

Will there be any kind of transport service on offer for the replay?
