How will social distancing be policed at the ground? I've been watching alty TV and if 3 guys standing in front of the community hall can't social distance, then how will stewards be able to keep fans at 2 meters? There has already been a trial run when Altrincham Ladies(women) hosted Northwich Vixens in the Women's FA Cup earlier in the season. There was about 100 people in the ground and everyone seemed to be social distancing.
Crewe Alexandra Ladies are currently 5th in the NWWRFL Premier Division, one division above Alty Ladies. Last season Crewe were 2nd in the league behind FC United Women before Covid brought a premature end of the season.Ladies captain Bliss Molyneaux has left the Club and signed for Crewe Alexandra Ladies.
I would like to congratulate her on her move up the pyramid, to thank her for all her efforts and wish her every success in the future
This is a huge achievement; ATS, what's the gap between CA and Alty in leagues?
No reason was givenHaving attended the Alty Ladies game this afternoon. I was told by a steward that no one was allowed to stand in the Golf Road end. The away toilets are an absolute disgrace. It looks like they haven't been cleaned since before the lockdown, if at all. So I am not sure how they are going to strictly enforce the social distancing rule if they are not allowing supporters in the Golf Road End.
Did he say why?
There is enough space there to distance surely!
