Just been released by Hamilton. Famous for not wanting full time football. There is a flat next to me available to rent for £450 a month and a doctors surgery down the road. At this level he should score 20+ a season and keep the good people of Timperley healthy. Sorted.

Hamilton? Aren't they Scottish First Division? Are there part-timers in the Scottish First Division?

I thought most of Scotland was part time. If not maybe that is why he has been released.

You might be right, it's just that over the last few years there have been players such as Lee Wilkie, Jody Morris and co in SL1. To pit them against part-timers is beyond unfair.

They are Scottish Premier.

Made his name as the "flying doctor" when Gretna went in to the Scottish 3rd division after resigning from the Unibond and scored hat fulls as they progressed to the SPL then as the cash ran out went further north, a class act at that level though would get substituted often when "on call"  :P

He also had a spell in the MLS in the USA. He's not set the goalscoring charts alight since he came back, but was at his best in the Scots 2nd & 3rd divisions - would be excellent at Conference level!
