Those silky fancy-dan galactico's from Altrincham bring their superstar roadshow to the Bower on Tuesday night.
As Sky, Setanta and the BBC cut each others throats with ridiculous bids for the highlights..... Can our lads hope to match them?
I've never known the town to be in such a whipped up frenzy of emotion and expectation as (finally, after weeks & weeks of waiting) kick off time is now in sight.
By the way will the bogs be open and is anyone in the pie hut?
Seriously, how many will give it a go and go along? I know I will (long term mental problem I'm afraid).
Any news on team selection idea's, Steve and Mitch will probably want to try out a few options?
They (Altrincham) did the business on us in the pre-season friendly but I think they themselves will be a little experimental in their line up after their superb 0-0 draw at Luton in last Saturdays FA Cup 1st Round proper.
Should be good for a watch (hope its not freezing cold and driving rain etc).
