Will he want to come back?

I think he would sync with the team really well

I doubt we will be increasing expenditure reading between the lines on the official site.

ahh well it would have been good

If you say this will we get our usual 3 - 4 loan signing toward the end of the year ???

Doubt it very much, and would we need them?

We usually do that because the players we have are rubbish...not so much the case this year.

Last years loan flurry was probably spurred on by the boxing day surrender to Northwich, the worst Alty performance after Stevenage (sorry Hugh) for years with Scotty and Asa in midfield.

We do have a very small squad though. Don't know if finances will allow, but a loan midfielder like the lad Turnbull from Stockport last year, would certainly benefit the squad.

That's true, plus if we get a player from a club reasonably high up the pyramid I wouldn't have thought they'd demand we pay all that player's wages. Did we have to pay 100 per cent of Shotton's last year?

I work with a relative of his and I guarantee we will not be getting near what he is on at the moment moneywise !!!!!

Would say Liam King but he's too similar to Danylyk. Turnbull or Chalmers would be incredible. Ian Craney anyone?  ;)

Simple question, why do we need further strengthening in midfield? We are holding our own but need to be making scoring opportnuities count. In all games this season we have certainly not been overrun and given a bit more clinical finishing up top we would be even higher up the table.

Only 20 goals accrued in the league to date and simply too much reliance on Colin Little to score the majority of them.

We need the midfielders to start chipping in.
Lawton finally got off the mark against Cambridge United but both Danylyk and Elam have still to register their first Blue Square Premier goal for us.

probably because we only have 3 central midfielders in the squad and robbie was injured last week leaving peyton and danylnk , , a part of the squad where  we are short

We could do we 1 or two lads from the football league who are looking for regualar football to establish their careers. Surly there are a couple of local Stockport, Rochdale and Bury players who are not getting may games at their clubs but could do with game time, even if it is jst for a month or so.

how can you expect elam to score goals from the bench .as we know gh prefers to leave our flare players until it is too late for them to get involved in the game  .

Danylyk has a good shot on him, however what sometimes annoys me is when we get the ball around the age of the penalty area instead of having a go (like Robbie did against Cambridge) we try and walk it in.

Would be just what we need but there's no way we could afford him.

could make all the differece not sure how loans work in terms of who pays what if its half and half and was for say 2 or 3 months could be worth pushing boat out after all thats what this sos appeal is for.

If the fund raised sufficient money and a deal could be brokered it would be fantastic for us.
