If you are posting a picture from somewhere on the internet right click it and go on copy URL. Then when you are doing a post there are little icons at the top. one has a picture of a postcard on it and if you click on it you will get   

copy the url address inside that and it should work.

It can't be shown from your hard drive...its has to be hosted somewhere like flickr first mate
