"Asked if anyone else would be joining Alty before the season started, Graham said that if anyone did it would probably mean someone else leaving. He does, however, have a well-known former league player training with Alty at the moment."

Anyone care to speculate (or know something about this?)

I'd say either, but by saying what he did he hasn't closed the door. Unlike the Woking manager who plays people who aren't in his plans, GH made a sensible comment leaving it open.

I'd say Challinor as well.

He too has some interesting stuff on the internet, that his long throw got him in a pop song, and that he's booed at Grimsby for ending the career of a Charlton player they had on loan.

One thing he isn't is boring.

If it is Challinor, who I think must be about 34 now, his throws will not be quite as long as they used to be....just the 50 yards or so these days I reckon
