Is he injured? Unfit? Please tell me we’ve not signed another Nathan Arnold
-
Could be that Miller has jumped the queue, but surely he should be challenging Peers for the No9 spot.
-
I mentioned this in another thread, I'd love to know.
-
Can only assume he's either left (unlikely) or still riddled with the Rona?
-
He’s not fit enough, which is understandable but was always likely to be the case unless he went straight into the team.

That's fair enough but if it is just a case of match sharpness and there is no injury issue there, I would have liked to have seen him used as a sub for twenty-thirty mins today.

Has he been playing for the reserves?

Has he been playing for the reserves?
No, he hasn't.
There is a risk in signing a player, however talented, who has had severe injury problems. It could be a brilliant move, or it can fail. If it is the latter, I think he was only put on a short term deal, wasn't he?

Yes, it was my understanding also that Clayton was on a short term deal, at least initially. His continued absence leads me to wonder how long it will be until his departure is announced.
We all realise that you don't just go down to the shop and pick up a quality striker off the shelf, but this clearly is a priority, as is replacing Lundstram.
Are we still able to utilise the loan market or has that door now closed until January?
-
I think we can still sign players on loan, or unattached players, as Darren Potter was.
-
Let's hope Fisayo is playing up front at Hartlepool and proves to be the answer.
-
None of the first team squad are registered for the reserves which seems a bit odd.

Fylde did.
Gloucester did.
