For anyone who's taken to watching a '2nd' team to Alty to get their live footy fix at leagues where fans have previously been permitted, here are the proposed start up dates for some lower leagues 'if' lockdown does end on Dec 2nd...
The Northern Premier League season has been extended to May 22nd. The playoffs will be scheduled for the following Bank Holiday weekend. It hopes to restart games on Dec 8th... see below link from yesterday on Trafford FC website...

However, the League will agree to clubs’ requests to play ties before this date. The season is still scheduled to finish on Sat 8th May, with playoffs concluding by the weekend of Sat 15th May.
The Southern Combination Football League is aiming for the following restart dates if restrictions allow:
Premier Division -Tues 8th Dec
Division One -Tues 8th Dec
Division Two - Sat 5th Dec
The Isthmian League says it’ll restart fixtures on Sat 19th Dec if restrictions allow. However, the League will agree to clubs’ requests to play ties before this date. The season has been extended to May 22nd, with the Playoffs scheduled for the following Bank Holiday weekend.
The Northern Counties East League will resume on Tuesday 8th December, if restrictions allow.
The Hellenic League (step 5-7) aims to restart on Saturday 12th December if restrictions allow.
