Who reackons any suprise additions will be made to the squad before saturday? Will we see a left back come in? Will we see another shock signing like that of gareth whalley? Will we see a loan signing come in, or do we all think the squad is complete for now??

except maybe, is the squad ready for now, which is debatable but it probably is!

I'd love to see us finally recruit a specialist left back.....but, then again, we have been waiting for one for twelve months, so I don't anticipate it happening this week!

My main fear for the impending season concerns just where our goals are going to come from (other than one C Little), so another forward would be welcome.

A loan signing. I predict a left-back from crewe or somewhere.

Other than that, no. I think we're more equipped this season than the last two so surely we're in our best position for some time.

i hope a left back comes in on on loan but it wont be straight away.probably be a league 2 player who isnt get in to his team and gets fed up after a month or two

I agree with Teasybeaver. Any new faces for the foreseeable future will be loan signings. Loan signings seem to be crucial in this league these days and the fact we couldn't make any when we needed to last season really seemed to hamper us.

And if you asked me to choose between the following:
1-Thompson and bowler on 300£ a week contracts
OR
2-1 or 2 loan players that can get into the team

There is one which seems to offer a quite obvious problem
