From a friend at Birkbeck College, Football Research Centre;

I am writing to you to request your participation in a Birkbeck Sports
Business Centre research project being undertaken by my colleague at
Birkbeck Dr Simon Chadwick. Simon is researching spectator attendance
and TV-viewing patterns for FA Cup matches.

As some of you may already know Simon is an influential academic
commentator on the issue of sports marketing and sponsorship. The issue
of how football fans choose to watch the FA Cup is an important one. The
results of the survey will therefore likely be of great interest to
anyone with a view on how the FA Cup should be marketed in the future.

I would therefore be most grateful if you would take ten minutes out to
