...and so say all of us.

50 is not so bad, but you will realise there is a generation of younger fans who have never heard of Ian Morris

And soon even Tunna himself will be a fading memory

I had an after-school job at Ian Morris's office in the 80s, for about 2 years. I didn't know he played for Altrincham for most of that time, and I was watching Alty then too!

Thank you for your kind wishes.

Alas, the celebrations didn't quite go to plan and my birthday was officially abandoned at 4.42pm following an incident in which my wife pulled a muscle in her right arm and we then failed to agree on an acceptable replacement to cut the cake.

The outcome is currently in the hands of our respective solicitors.

LOL. I hope your celebrations were really not that bad. All the best for another 50!
