But can the board make these decisions until they know where we will be playing?

Either way, I suspect they will stand by GH

Should it matter?? I know what you mean but for me do they look at the bigger picture and regardless of league status, does the club need a fresh face with fresh idea's, pick up the fans and the atmosphere around the club. But i think your right, they'll stick by him.

For me if we stay up or go down, its a no brainer. We need a new man purely to refresh the club in general. We'll see come the 5th i guess .........

Can't see any other outcome other than GH being manager came the 5th. He's already come out and said he's looking at rebuilding the squad.

I don't think these will be an issue. If your ground is not upto standard you don't play in the play offs. Can't remember who but one team got a bye the year we went up.

I think it was Cambridge City who received a bye at the expense of Lewes.

Hampton & Richmond is not BSP standard, absolutely no way. One way in and out, 2 turnstiles, landlocked and holds no more than 3,000 if that.

I think the FA decide what standard the ground is. I'll say no more.
