TEAMS

FGR'S Andy Mangan and defender Darren Jones are banned for the visit to Altrincham whilst assistant manager and defender Jerry Gill is out injured. Curtis McDonald (groin) and Les Afful (knee) were pre-match doubts for FGR.

Alty, too, were short of players, with Chris Senior ruled out and Mark McGregor facing a late fitness test on his hamstring. Though named on the bench, Joe O'Neill was carrying an injury whilst Michael Welch was ill.
