Altrincham striker Chris Senior and defender Mark McGregor both have hamstring problems and will miss out.

Michael Welch is likely to start in defence, while striker Joe O'Neill and winger Alex Meechan are fit to feature.

Weymouth captain Stephen Reed is suspended for this game so defender Jordan Collins may be drafted into the team to cover.

Striker Kwesi Appiah will face a late fitness test after he suffered a knock in the Salisbury match.

From the BBC.

What does everybody reckon? I might have thought that Chris Lane would have started with Smith moving to McGregors place. What do we think about Welch possibly starting in defence? And with Senior out do we reckon we will stick to our 3-4-3 with Joe or Meech up front or move to a 4-4-2 possibly starting Warren?

Yes, but McGregor has been a rock in our defence and now he is missing so i am wondering about possibilities. I dont think Welch is up to 90 minutes at the moment but maybe we shall see. I would personally start Lane where Smith plays and move Smithy to the central of the three in defence.

Whatever team we put out, we should still be able to TAKE THEM TO THE CLEANERS   ;) ;)

Weymouth's players set off at 6 o'clock this morning to travel up for today's game (god knows what time they had to get out of bed). I really think this is the worst possible preparation, especially when you consider that they are mostly youngsters.

First priority is three points, but if we get ahead early on we really need to improve our goal difference as much as possible!

Would I settle for 1-0 if you  gave it to me now? Yes - anything to get back to winning ways, but scoring a few goals would be so good for our confidence!

Good luck to the lads for today!
