This is not good news at all, he looked like a really good player and I thought gave us an extra dimension going forward - How many assists did he get in his 10 starts?

Saying that, Chris Lane is a quality full-back, so will slot in at right back and I guess now Shotton to left back?

Does this also mean that we will recall Scotty from his loan - or his availability to play for Leek?

Good news on King and Cahill? but there's still a 3 week gap between them going and the end of the season - 02.04 - 26.04!

I think Scotty's situation would only make him available for Leek subject to Alty not needing him so nothing has changed in that respect. The important thing is we have shown at Torquay that we can manage without Jennings. It is disappointing to lose him but we can cope. The more worrying thing for me is the need to pick up as many points as we can before we lose King and Cahill because King in particular will be badly missed in the midfield. Let's just hope Val is fit and back to his best by then.

I am absolutely devastated by this!  I personally think he's been out best of the new loanees!  He was so solid and was technically gifted as well!  This is a huge blow I feel, I can't help but get worried now!  :-\

Dont know whats worse alty not having JJ, or the fact that he'll probably be hailed for helping keep those stuffy b@st@rds in league again!

Bad news cosidering the trouble we were having at left back as for king and cahill this now makes there last game for us the torquay home game, small mercies ,and i reckon the alty faithfull will give them a good send off.that then leaves us five games to finnish the season four of which are away need everbody who can possibly make weymouth to be there.i,m sure the grahams will have something lined up by then bearing in mind that when we stay up they will be looking at new players a lot earlier than last year.final note a big thank you to all the loanees this season for there commitment to the alty cause and doing such a profesional job .

                                                                              come on alty.

Thanks JJ, you have been superb!

Does anyone know if it's feasible for him to return this season?  Not that it would be likely! :-\

Gutted, one of if not the best attacking left full back i have seen at alty in the past few years (and thats only after a handful of games played) a big asset lost from set plays aswell, them inswinging corners always looked dangerous.

Come back JJ!

So Mac us loan a quality left back, wait  until he's picked up his 5th yellow, serves his one match ban and then recall him. Filth of the highest order.

Cheers JJ and if you can please come back and see the rest of  the job out.
