I think at various points last season some of us would like to have seen our players lined up....

I must say I'm a tad concerned we're only planning on having 16 players.

There is no transfer window in the bsn,you can add players when required. or release them when if on noncontract.Its very different in a lot of respects from playing in the bsp

Will we have 5 subs in BSN or are we back to having just 3?
Edit: I've just checked and it looks like it's still 5 substitutes.

With a reduced budget i'd imagine it's a case of having a strong 16 or 17 and covering any injuries with loan players or having a squad of 20 with less quality players. I know which i'd prefer.

For me if we can keep coburn,lawton,clee, reeves,twiss then thats the spine of a side, bring doughty back in at left back, and build from there,centre halves are ten a penny,so we need a couple of them,a couple of midfielders a right back and another forward,its a rebuild job,but its perfectly do able

Don't know about centre half's being 10 a penny, but a quality left footed left backs are like rocking horse sh*t.
Much as I liked Doughty it depens how fit he is now.

Doughty was performing well for hyde at the back end of the season,and centre halves are ten a penny,im still staggered that we ended up with what we did last season.

I think that Neil Tolson may have left Hyde by the time Matt Doughty went there from Witton.

Certainly in the Conf North where you can sign players as stop gaps whenever the hell you like.
