ok a wins a win - ends there!

injuries / extra time / tin pot comp

if we have a chance of staying in the BSP we should be concentrating on that league.

we fielded a more or less full first team against a pub team and had to fight for the win - not good

A win is a win and breeds confidence no matter who it is against.
Look at the results since we grinded a win against Curzon Ashton.

It sounds like the defence was a bit shakey tonight, but to be fair Jospeh,Williams and Brown worked their balls off at Mansfield and Rushden, so perhaps energy levels were down. Hopefully a few days rest and should be good for Saturday.

Positive that we managed to score 4 goals, 3 of them scored by attacking players.Lower league opposition or not, that will give them confidence. Also goos that Smith was able to play the full 120 minutes.

The rule of this game taking president over a league fixture is what I think annoys a lot of people with the CSC.At the end of the day,we are 90 mins away from a potential final against Vics, and I for one would enjoy to see that game happen.

He was replaced by Densmore after 56 minutes according to Mister Laidlar's updates.

How do you tell players not to concentrate on games when you have a squad of 16?

Runcorn were far from a pub team (how patronising) and fought for every ball on a bog of a pitch.
