Post by: Jacko on February 26, 2008, 11:43:48 PM
I know alty have played against some really good team's but would like to know what players  we really had problems with whether it be for goals, pace, creativity or sheer brutality!!!!

In most recent years Clayton Donaldson always seemed to cut us to pieces.

Quite recently Lee Elam because he is a fiend and always seems to rip us apart and/or score. Normally Both.
If we played York and Manny Panther wasn't on the squad list i wouldn't be very upset.

Cant quite recall his name but he played for a few north west based clubs around the 90's, although I hated him most when he was at Vics, think he was called Brian Butler ? short stumpy kind of guy with a balding head, chipped our keeper at Vics around 1995 lost 2-0 i think

I think I think :-)

David Perkins at Morecambe totally ate up Midfield as well

I always seem to remember Eftobar Sodje pissing me off everytime we played him.

Forshaw from Vics, thug but an efficient player.

Today, that T**t Dayrl Clare I'm sure I've spelt his first name wrong but who cares, it's a girly name in any case. C*nt always scores against us .

i second this motion, also i add to it Lee Elam who takes it past our players for fun and usually sets up a goal or 3

Manny Panther, hes scarily quick and has unlimited energy, i feel he should step up a league possibly, especially after what he did to us in that 2 minute spell at home a month or so back. Donaldson as a forward threat however, scarily good in the conference, how is he getting on in scotland?

Is it just me or when every time Macc scored agaonst us between 1987 and 1996 was it always Hanlon (88) or Askey (67)?

ASkey always scored in the 67th minute.

In more recent times, if Guy Madjo and Daryll Clare would like to give it a rest any time soon that would be great thanks.

found some info on him, i really dont know why clubs leave young prospects on the bench game after game with no intention of playing them, they should just loan them out,
surely the best way of nurturing players like clayton is to let them play no matter what? anyway read this.......
