Vanarama Conference North club Hednesford Town have completed the signing of goalkeeper Dave Parton, who was most recently with Vanarama Conference side Altrincham.

The 22-year-old played fifteen times for the Robins last season, ending the season as their number one.

He joins the Pitmen following his surprise release from a team that actually paid a fee for him just twelve months ago, after signing him from vo-Stik Northern Premier League First Division South side Newcastle Town.

Quite....just because he played in the last game didn't make him our number one.

And certainly not England's number one !

But good luck to him at Hednesford.....I still think he's a decent keeper.
