I'm actually starting to feel sorry for Siimon Richman here!! Does it have to be a straight choice between him and Watmore? Carl Rodgers still has something to prove in my eyes, why can't Richman and Watmore play and Rodgers sit this one out?
I do have to say that when the teams come out at Leek, I will be bitterly disappointed if the most exciting player we have had in years is sat on the bench.

I'm not knocking richman he has a place in our squad and you're right chester maybe centre mid but to not play Watmore were not good enough to do that insedently richman has done much better this season

The best eleven players doesn't always equal the best starting XI as a team. In the same way United always played Ji-sung Park in "the big european away ties". Work rate is everything - and, as much as we want to see free flowing, attacking football, sometimes "conceding less than you" is a better attitude to take than "scoring more than you"

so now Watmore is the scapegoat for us conceding goals?

What was the excuses last season?

Maybe I old fashioned but I believe in playing your best players in their best positions every match. None of this you play at home but you play away rubbish, we trying to build some momentum

If you don't want to go gung ho away from home maybe Brooke for Reeves as well?

Dropping Rodgers would be idiotic after his performance at Bishop's Stortford, where I thought he was excellent.

Not playing our best player seems to be exactly what people are considering

Why does every thing have to be so extreme?  You know what I'm talking about and are trying to twist things.

home player?  away player?  what's all that about?

If Watmore is fit he's in.

Do you think Nicky Clee is as effective away from home as he is at home?

Clee might even turn out to be our left full back at Leek if Doughty is unfit, as intimated on the Alty website.

If Doughty is unfit I hope Leather plays LB and Clee LW.

As for the Watmore / Richman case I can see both points of view!
