Hi,

Coming up to the game tomorrow - can anyone recommend a good chippy somewhere not too far from Altrincham station/Moss lane?

Cheers
Richard.

Barnies opposite the ground. Great chippy.

There are also a couple near the market area. Bout 5 minutes walk from the station but away from the ground.

Hope that helps and that you have a good day out. (Not too good though mind ;) )

Forget the Chippy opposite the ground called Barney's, gash chippy.  Its the worse chipshop around.

Head back to Hale Road for Costa's.  http://www.wheresbest.co.uk/venue/153710/Costas-Fish-&-Chip-Shop/

Safe trip up

It is gash sorry.  Its my local chippy but we avoid it like the plague.  The Chinese next door isn't much better either.

the food is great, my only complaint is that the portions are a bit small.

also there is a young bird maybe 17 or 18 who works there who is rather fit, anyone else noticed her?

I seem to have a fetish for girls in chip shops - it is the uniform i think.
