To be fair he did a very good job there, and they did play some decent stuff as I recall, although this isn't surprising as he was a Coach at Crewe working with the legendary Dario Gradi

He also demonstrated an eye for a player (three of the current Womens World Cup Squad being Birmingham players during his time)

I think most of us can demonstrate and eye for the ladies phil,but wouldnt get the solihull job :D
