I think they are going to be well up for it. It's a big test for them, team in a good postition for promotion playing a mid-table part time side. I know the gap between BSP and BSN is bigger now than ever, but I can't see it being a stroll in the park like it was against 'bridge in the CSC.

Having said that if we turn up we should go through, as said above a draw would be a disaster as the Setana monies will be most welcome.

Be under no illusions whatsoever. Southport are a very good side, more than capable of coming to our place and doing a job on us. My greatest fear is that some of our players will see it as just a trophy match and not bother turning up. Ports right winger Duffy is still one of the best wingers in non league football, Moogan is the kind of biting midfielder we've been missing all season and Daly is a striker who'll keep on running all day long for you. It's going to be very tough and if I was a betting man I'd have money on a draw unfortunately. The one saving grace is the long, bad tempered Setanta match Port were involved in earlier in the week, which will undoubtedly have taken a lot out of them. Hope my Southport friends in attendance don't return home too happy come Saturday evening!
