Score draw.

We're slowly improving but I still feel we're not quite capable of keeping a clean sheet. We'll score so it's Desmond 2-2 for me.

Always a bit intrigued with how things work with the boss-in-waiting sitting on the stands and the (three) stand in managers formally taking control of the game.

COME ON ALTY

Leather & O'Keefe will know precious little about their opponents.  Restoration of confidence is the No.1 task:  I'll agree with 1-1

3-1 Alty.

It's nailed on. (as long as Jason Walker gets stretchered off within 5 mins)

Tonight is the beginning of the turnaround.

I thought we'd draw against County and we narrowly lost, so as much as I think we'll win tonight i'll go for a draw.

Its a bit underwhelming feeling like that because with new manager and some experience back in the defence i'd say win but we should be realistic.

I'll be absolutely delighted if we win, especially delighted for the three lads that have steadied the ship in the last week or so.

Alty 1 - 1 Chorley

They will take the lead but we'll equalise in 2nd half after some nervous moments.

Happy with that draw. A long way to go but I believe we have turned the corner.

Come on Alty.

I may be wrong since I've erased much of this campaign from my memory, but is that the first half we have kept a clean sheet this season?

no Kiddy only scored one goal and I think one of the earlier 2-2 was 2-2 at HT as well

Many thanks Bath Alty. The euphoria of a point has gone to my head - completely forgot about Kiddy. Next step, a clean sheet in 90 mins, but the curse of injuries shows no sign of abating.

Really hope Miller's injury isn't anything too bad because he's looking really useful! Anyone any idea why Richman or Cyrus weren't involved tonight? Hall looked like a hamstring injury which is normally 3-4 weeks out at best! Great point against a useful Chorley side and maybe that shot in injury time that hit the bar, bounced on the line then hit the post before bouncing to safety is a sign of our luck changing!

I think Miller had bad cramp. Suspect he will be ok, dont forget he was injured preseason so behind with fitness but looks a very useful player.
Cyrus told me he is still struggling with same injuries he's had all season and been playing through them, right heel and back of left knee, painkillers not working so he's a worry.
Richman not sure but seemed to be moving OK tonight.
Patterson has trapped nerve in his shoulder but should be OK.
Hall not sure if it was hamstring, looked like that or knee?
Reevesy had a knock tonight too.

Think we will be heading in the right direction soon.
