There's news of a signing on the club's website now.

Very good signing indeed. Halifax fans were gutted when his loan period was over and wanted the club to explore ways of keeping him.

The official site says he's been with us before but it doesn't ring any bells with me.  ;)

Yes, I remember him being on loan and quite underwhelmed by him but he has done very well since. Good luck Nyal.

Signed on a month's loan from Gateshead by Neil Young back in August 2016.

Previous Alty career: 2 (+1 as sub) appearances and 0 goals, comprising the following:

Saturday, 20th August 2016: a 2-0 reverse at Gainsborough Trinity (started the game and was substituted after 62 minutes);

Saturday, 27th August 2016: that infamous 4-2 home debacle against Curzon Ashton, which marked Neil Young's final match as Alty's manager (started the game - alongside the legendary Fábio Bassangue! - but was substituted after 53 minutes);

Monday, 29th August 2016: a 1-0 defeat at Kidderminster Harriers (came on as a substitute after 77 minutes).

He's clearly improved massively from when we last had him. He was a regular scorer for Halifax so I have high hopes

Welcome and good luck.

I did think he could be an option given their signing of Madden and how well he'd done at Halifax.

The most promising one so far I reckon. Good luck Nyal.

Very short-sighted suggestion on the Halifax forum regarding being a waste of time for him / us.

Assuming he might be surplus to requirements in the summer, it puts us to the front of the queue if he does well.

For that reason, I'm becoming increasingly glum about the fact Sass-Davies will go to Yeovil if he's released by Crewe.

Can he be flown down to Woking?

Doesn't it say that he's available for tonight?
