Bit unfair to only single Heathcote out as rubbish this season!

He was definitely ball watching for the goal in the Gloucester game and his languid style can be annoying when we are losing every week but I still think he has more about his game than a lot of the others in the team. Patterson gets drawn all over the place when playing right back and his defending for the second on Saturday was awful.

Heathcote's languid style is indeed very annoying, but poor Cyrus is constantly an accident waiting to happen.

Field the kids, Jones and Owens, the rest are a joke.

We're going to get beat.

I just sincerely hope for the brave 100+ that travel theres a bit of effort and you all have a good day out with a few nice boozers on the way.

3 goals against is about par. Oddly, think we might get one back, though I've no grounds for thinking this. Lose 3 1

See club site - injured ankle ligaments in training, out for a further 6 or 7 weeks. As Dire Straits (how apt !) put it : "It never rains around here, it just keeps pouring down."

Sampson was the target of a lot of criticism on the Macc forum regarding his lack of goals.

Inevitably then, he goes and scores on his debut for Chorley against us today!
