Title: Literate help wanted...
Post by: wheresthebar on January 18, 2015, 06:19:57 PM
I run a printing business but have a background in writing and publishing and am intending to relaunch a long-defunct non-league football magazine I was involved with in the 90s. I'm looking for somebody literate, opinionated and independent to contribute a feature on  Altrincham FC. Ideally the format would be a main feature of 1-3000 words about the current position and recent history of the club together with smaller 'side features' about, for example, major achievements, best-ever players etc. If any of you might be able to help, or if you can recommend anyone I would be very grateful.

As an alternative and / or at a later date I may also be interested in historical features (e.g. on a particular cup run or match) or interviews with non-league players or personalities, current or past, of a suitable stature.

Although based in sheffield I'm a Wealdstone fan, so remember many matches v Altrincham in the 1980s.

You can contact me through my website peopleforprint.co.uk or email info@peopleforprint.co.uk.

Thanks and best wishes.

Beat me to it, I used to buy that every time it was out.
