I always liked the cheshire senior cup games and tried to get to as many as possible. Unfortunately living in Wales, Working nights and not being able to drive has sadly put an end to attending many games recently. At the end of the day it is a cup to be won and teams should enter competitions to win them.
ome on the Alty lets have a good win tonight.

May I offer my most sincere and humble apologies for ever doubting or questioning the venerable Mr Laidlair's inside knowledge of everything !!

I just wish he'd let us all know before I donned hat coat scarf gloves etc in anticipation of a evening of proper soccer on a soggy Tuesday evening at Moss Lane.

All I can say John ... with your undoubted wisdom and foresight would you care to suggest 6 numbers between 1 and 49 before Saturday evening ??

Now I'm just off to stick a large portion of humble pie in the microwave !!   :-[   :-[
