Altrincham FC are looking to add to their existing team of stewards in preparation for the new season. This customer facing role is vital to support the club's match day function. Training will be provided to anyone who has not held a stewarding position before. For a role description (in MS Word format) please click here.
To apply, please email your CV and cover letter. Alternatively you can post or deliver a paper copy of these to Altrincham FC, J. Davidson Stadium, Moss Lane, Altrincham, Cheshire WA15 8AP marked for the attention of Roger Goodwin, Volunteer Coordinator. The closing date for the receipt of applications is Sunday, 23rd July
No mention if this is a paid position or not,I presume it will be with the very detailed job description and the fact you have send in your CV? I believe we've lost a few stewards to Curzon Ashton who are paying £20 match so maybe it's not a paid position?

Also how can they afford to pay their stewards £20 if we aren't going to pay ours?

Different club with different budget and the difference is they don't want to pay our stewards
