Drive past the ground twice a day to and from work, sad we're playing in a league game, thought it would never happen,  hopefully be the last.

If we start well we will do them, hope the pitch / conditions don't do us over. Hoping Hannigan fit, onwards and upwards.

If Young didn't happen we would have a similar team to last year and be sitting mid table right now, Rowley has made some horrible appointments in the past 18 months but to call Young a scapegoat is wrong, that man has got us into this mess.

Not posted for years but Neil Young needs to go, warned about him by a Stockport fan at work but was willing to him a chance but I'm afraid the man is clueless. Other than Patterson who I think has been good his signings have been dreadful. Worrying thing is he doesn't even seem to have a plan a to win a football match never mind a plan b.

Agree with everything Cheadle Hulme has said on the matter. Mr Rowley get rid now so we still have a chance of saving our season, unfortunately think he'll be given the friendly AFC benefit of the doubt and will still be here next summer.

Fuming/disappointed/gutted Alty fan.

A cracking day at moss lane, left dissapponted not to be taking all 3 points. Everyone put a shift in, Richman especially, felt for him when he gave away the goal, definitely my man of the match.

Perry was good and is a good enough target man for us this season. Gillespie has a lot to prove and for him to start over Reeves is definitely a strange one. Sinnott will keep us in this league and that is his job this seaosn, let's put the fa cup debacle behind us and get benind Lee and the boys.

Onwards and upwards, see you at Wrexham.

True about Aspinall but  I meant from the 5 that took one that night which i didn't make clear. Read the report earlier Chalmers came on for him after half time because of injury.

It was Aspinall that took the pen at Oxford wasn't it?  Which led to their fans trying to get 'justice' in the name of violence, just slightly more scary than the Colwyn bad men last week.

Difference to 2005 though, we had a few players who you felt confident with to take one. If we got to penalties in the play-offs, at the moment the only player I'd be confident with is Buzz.

We had players with more 'bottle' but not as much ability. Colin we all knew would put one away, but the other 4 on the night were Mitten, Scott, Adams and Maddox, hardly names that fill you with confidence.

I reckon Little would be the only name on that list that would take one if you could choose from both teams.
