I'm determined in the hope that i will be amazed by the lack of trepidation in our approach to the season, and ultimately resulting in being resigned to the fact that the board and management have done a great job in avoiding relegation!

Can I just add that I will be there, with my season ticket and Mrs Saughall, full of hope and convinced we will win every game we watch.

In other words we all just need to have a lie down in a dark room for a bit to get over the events of the last couple of months so that we can come back next season to watch the Supers march triumphantly on to one of the 'teens' positions in the table and end the cycle of last day jitters/catastrophes.

Having said all that, I baulk at being 'Macc in disguise' away fromn home!
