As I understand it the rule is that a maximum of 5 loan players may enter the field of play. If I'm right, you could have more in the squad provided you were VERY careful with your substitions. Not ideal though.

I think it’s 5 in the match day squad. Admittedly I’m taking that from my experience playing football manager and trying to put a 6th loanee on the bench but given the attention to detail they put in that I suspect it’s a reliable source!

I appreciate its only two contracted players but it’s two of the biggest characters. There’s not a lot of longevity in the squad after the summer changes, which were inevitable but it makes these losses have a bigger impact on fan engagement. Who of that list of players would count as a fans favourite?  Who R ya shouldn’t be a chant we sing to our own players!

Indeed. Any Parky deserves great credit for spotting players no one else wanted and making them into quality players that league teams or teams above us in the league are chasing in such a short period. I assume that’s what you meant?

Is the Sandhurst pitch grass or plastic?  They converted their old ground to 3G by the look of it and use that for training and youth set up In Bracknell but first team don’t play there

What difference would it make?

League cup instead of FATrophy (I’d rather have a realistic shot at winning at Wembley than losing to someone’s reserves)

More promotion slots (a good thing)

Greater share of EFL money

Less tv coverage if we swap BT sport for the limited big league 2 get?

You can’t pay every player their current transfer value spread over a season in wages. You end up buying every player multiple times. And if you do it for one then the rest want the same. It blows the clubs wage structure apart.
