Budweiser futures
« on: October 15, 2012, 04:01:10 PM »

Forgive me if this has been mentioned before, although I don't recall reading about it previously. However, I was just reading about the "Budweiser Futures" programme on the FA's website and wondered if it might be something we could put Alty forward for? I'm sure we could put a £50k grant to good use one way or another.

Details are here:   http://budweiser.thefa.me.uk/

TP, according to Chester West and Chester council, we've both been OAPs for sa few years - bus passes are available at 60!  ::) :o

Welcome to the club Phil!   ;D  (The problem with being a pensioner is that you don't get a day off!  ;) )

Step 5: Northwest counties Premier

Step 6: Northwest counties Div 1.

Step 7: Manchester League

Perhaps we could found a new club - Altrincham Robins aka. Altrincham Reserves and apply to be in the same league as Northwich Villa. I'm sure 50k would help fund out reserve team for the best part of a decade.

Northwich Villa are doing well at Flixton.

The crowd on Saturday was 8.

Probably wouldn't cover the ref's fee!
