Looks like a leg break for Marshall awful

Apropos Clee on - speed to get in the gaps as Grimsby go forward and more help to Griff. Shame Bowerman can't get a hat-trick, but good sense.

I had 30 quid on Grimsby as well, useless bastards. ;D

What a bloody win that is, no one saw that coming.

Well done to the lads for a battling performance, Grimsby only got back into the game because we relaxed to much before the break.

Chatting to some polite Grimsby fans through the game, who said we were the best team they had faced so far and wished us well.

Come on you Robins.

I was on the away turnstile, all credit to Grimsby, everyone was friendly & polite and not a sign of any trouble.

Fantastic win against a really decent Grimsby side. Defended brilliantly and could even have had another towards the end.

Stu pulled off some outstanding saves
Clee causing all sorts of problems when he came on
Rankine's presence was also something we've been missing greatly in previous seasons
Griff and leather both had excellent games in defence
Bowerman looked like a handful too, reminded me a lot of Nicky Clee tonight
Jordan Sinnott seems to be improving with every match, very solid game.

Seems like Masha has fractured his leg which is a great shame, didn't seem to be a bad challenge or anything just very unlucky, hope he gets fit again soon.

All round a great team performance against a title contender, so pleased as everything was beginning to look a bit dour.

Grimsby fans excellent as well, brought loads, sang loudly and no trouble at all.

Credit where credit is due, well done to Lee and all the lads. Couldn't make the game tonight, but I really hope Tom is okay - we'll definitely miss him. Must bring a cb in on loan now. I predicted 2 2 and did have a sneaky feeling that we'd perform against a more fancied team (It was Bristol Rovers at a similar time last year). Hope the momentum can continue for Dover...

Uptown Top Rankine!

What a game. Just a shame about masha.

An absolute cracking game and a fabulous performance from Alty. Gutted about Tom Marshall though.

We had 3 very quiet Grimsby fans in the back of the car (who I'd given a lift to the match to) on the way home.

It was a cracking game. Not technically beautiful by any stretch but had everything. We could've won 4-1 and lost 1-6. It could've been 5-5. Anything really.

Grimsby will be in the play offs at least. Can't be five better sides than them in this league.

They will be in the top three, along with Forest Green who I think will win it, and Tranmere.

my firsti post for a very long time .
as with beaker 141 i was on the away turnstiles i thought  the away fans were superb all chatty and polite even the stone island clad brigade and yoofs.
i thought the respect they showed when masha was injured was also superb
As for the football cant comment on the first half but thought   we battled brilliantly second half and we held our own .
well done to the whole team but particularly mr coburn for that double save.

onwards and upwards robins .
only downside was the lack of wainwright after the game
