I Know Football is a Team Game, but...

There seems to me to be two rules we have to obey to reach the playoffs
1 - Nicky Clee must play
2 - Nicky Clee must play as left winger, not full back.

I'm not blaming anyone here, I'm sure the last thing Lee wanted to do was play Nicky at full back, but surely recent events have spoken for themselves.
Recent dreadful displays have all been without him playing, or being out of position. Some of the games I have seen recently have been dire to say the least. We only need look at Damiens recent record to see how his goalscoring feats have started to wane.
We have brought in some very good new players, just what was needed, but I still think our chances revolve around the player I believe is the best in this league!

2 - Nicky Clee must play as left winger, not full back.

If we are talking about the Nicky Clee left winger from last season, then no question he is the key to getting in the play-offs. The Clee left winger we have seen this season has been indifferent, going a period of 3 months where he didn't have a good game. It was only when he moved to left back that he found form again.

However, a fully fit Clee at full pelt is what we need to get us there, and having him and Lawrie on either wing gives us a chance.

I think our chances revolve around only conceding 1 (dare I say, clean sheets!!), as we will create and score goals.
